Birdie and the cyclone
One day when Birdie was talking to Mr Frog, she spotted some dark clouds in the sky.
Suddenly SNAP! CRACK! Birdie’s tree broke and she went flying through the air.
"It’s a cyclone,” said Mr Frog.
A big wind blows away Birdie’s nest. Birdie and the cyclone is a story to help young children:
- learn what happens during and after a cyclone
- work through sad or scary feelings
- understand they will feel safe and happy again.
