Who can use the tools
- Hospital emergency departments
- First responders including nurses and doctors who provide emergency care
- GPs and health professionals
Wheeze Action Plan
The action plan helps patients manage their wheezing symptoms at home, kindergarten or school. It’s suitable for:
- asthma
- reactive airway disease
- preschool wheeze.
It also helps reduce the likelihood of patients going to an emergency department. It includes:
- guidelines to help patients manage their medicine use
- a discharge plan when leaving hospital
- an everyday action plan to use when their symptoms get worse.
How to use it
