About antimicrobial stewardship

Our goal is to reduce antimicrobial resistance and improve antimicrobial treatment for paediatric patients across Queensland.

We have resources on the types of antimicrobial treatment and what to consider when prescribing antimicrobials. Our resources align with the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care national standards.
