Antibiograms
Antibiograms are used by clinicians to assess local susceptibility rates, as an aid in selecting empiric antibiotic therapy, and in monitoring resistance trends over time.
Pathology Queensland
Antibiograms for paediatric isolates from:
- Queensland Children’s Hospital (formerly the Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital) and Royal Children’s Hospital for period 2010 – 2019 (QH Staff only)
- Children’s Health Queensland for period 2012-2019 (QH staff only)
Both show:
- blood
- urine
- other isolates (includes isolates from pus, tissue, fluid, prosthetic, respiratory, ENT, CSF, enteric and genital specimens).
