Family Advisory Council
Children’s Health Queensland is committed to working with our patients and families to continually improve the healthcare we provide. In line with this, we have established a Family Advisory Council to help us ensure our services are meeting the needs of our patients and families.
The aims of the Family Advisory Council are to:
- work in partnership with staff to achieve a family-centred care approach to service planning and delivery
- represent the interests of all families using Children’s Health Queensland services
- provide guidance to the executive on the development and review of our services
- contribute to the wider agenda for the development of children’s health services in Queensland.
