Administration Fundamentals (HBCIS/PFM/ieMR)
The Administration Fundamentals session covers HBCIS processes, including patient registration, admission, transfer, patient leave and discharge. A general overview of Patient Flow Manager and the integrated electronic medical record (ieMR) is also provided.

This session covers an overview of Smart Referrals Workflow Solution for staff actioning categorised and rejected referrals.

This session covers an overview of YourQH including: the sign up process for patients and families, actioning tasks, communicating with patients and families and basic troubleshooting.

This session covers information for pharmacists on: PowerChart Overview, Interventions and Follow-up Tasks, Verification and Supply tasks, Documenting Clinical Information, Patient History Sources, Prescriber Functionality.

This course is suitable for all commencing Inpatient and emergency Nurses, as well as current QCH employees returning from extended leave.
