Our risk management strategy
Our strategy outlines areas that make sure children are safe when using our services, including:
- our Code of Conduct for Interacting with Children
- procedures for recruiting, selecting, training and managing staff
- procedures for handling disclosures or suspicions of harm
- the plan for managing breaches of this strategy
- policies for compliance with the requirements of the blue card system
- risk management plans for high risk activities and special events
