Who is Connecting2u for?
Connecting2u supports anyone during pregnancy through to age 5 of a child’s life. Families can register more than one child, so everyone gets the messages that match their age and stage. Connecting2u is for:
- expecting parents
- parents and caregivers with children aged 0 to 5
- mentors and extended family
- babies born 37 weeks or later.
Babies born before 37 weeks
Babies born before 37 weeks may need different care, support and information. For helpful guidance:
- speak with your healthcare provider
- refer to the premature babies and sick babies page on the Raising Children Network website.
